DELIVERY:  A.M. offers same day delivery for $7.50 on orders of $100 or more placed by 10:30am, 5 days a week in the Chicago-land area. Orders after 10:30 a.m. can be delivered the following business day.

A.M. also delivers to Rockford, Elgin and Crystal Lake on Tuesdays, Milwaukee, Kenosha and Racine on Wednesdays and Gary, Hammond, Hobart and Merrillville on Thursdays.

SHIPPING: A.M. offers same day shipping on UPS orders received by 4 p.m. central time. Qualifying freight orders of $1000.00 or more qualify for free freight (Excludes wire, speaker boxes, Plasma TV’s or oversized items). C.O.D customer will be subject to a $9.50 UPS C.O.D surcharge plus applicable freight charges.

CUSTOMER PICKUPS**:  Customer pick up hours are Monday thru Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. ** Please place your orders in advance to ensure prompt service. All orders are processed in the order they are received.

TERMS:  New accounts will be C.O.D or credit card only. We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover. Dealers requesting open account must submit a completed dealer application. New dealer applications require 2 – 3 business days for approval.

NSF CHECKS:  Any returned check will be subject to a $25 charge.  The law states we may collect up to three times the amount of the check plus any filing or court costs.

TAXES:  All retailers within Illinois are required to have a valid Illinois resale tax certificate on file in order to purchase from A.M. Distributors.

BACK ORDERS:  We make every effort to have as few back orders as possible.  In the event of a back order, we will deal with them as efficiently as possible.

RETURNS:  No merchandise will be accepted without prior authorization. All items returned must be complete and in the original manufacturers packaging and are subject to inspection. A 15% restocking fee for any items returned longer than 15 days from the date of purchase. A.M. Distributors reserves the right to refuse any or all items that are improperly packaged, incomplete, not purchased from A.M. Distributors or not in current model year.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS:  Dealer is responsible for all incurred freight charges. Not subsequent orders will be shipped if dealer has unpaid freight charges.

CLAIMS:  All claims for shortages or damages must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

PRICES:  Prices are subject to change without notice.  We cannot be responsible for typographical errors in print.
